Dr. Shingirai Sikomwe is the founder of Octen Consulting & Advisory Services, a company that offers business solutions and training to large, small and medium enterprises in Zimbabwe and Africa. He holds PhD in Management Sciences from Midlands State University and has over 30 years of managerial experience in various sectors and the academic fraternity. He is a scholar, author, and researcher who has published several academic papers on leadership, strategy, corporate governance, and entrepreneurship. He is also a former lecturer at Midlands State University, where he taught courses in business management and administration. He also worked at Innscor as operations Manager providing strategic direction and change champion. He is a passionate, innovative, and hard-working professional who is committed to excellence, quality, and continuous learning.
